SHIPPING POLICY

WITHIN SPAIN

Shipments within the Iberian Peninsula are carried out via UPS or Correos from Monday to Wednesday. Orders placed after 13:00 PM (CET) on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. We guarantee that all plants will arrive in good condition. Minor damages due to transportation, such as a broken leaf or bent stem, are sometimes unavoidable. The delivery time should be less than 2 days.

We reserve the right to delay shipment until favorable weather conditions prevail. Free heatpacks will be added when temperatures drop below 18°C.

WITHIN THE EU

Orders within the European Union do not require a phytosanitary certificate and are shipped via UPS from Monday to Tuesday. Orders placed after 13:00 PM (CET) on Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday. We guarantee that all plants will arrive in good condition. Minor damages due to transportation, such as a broken leaf or bent stem, are sometimes unavoidable. The delivery time should be less than 3 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING outside the EU

At the moment, we do not ship internationally outside the European Union.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We do not accept returns for changes of mind nor do we offer refunds. If you have any issues with the condition of a plant upon arrival, please document it photographically within 6 hours of receipt and contact us at info@aureumbotanicals.com
